Luxury Double Decker Pontoon Policies

This vessel is not equipped with a tow bar.  Tubing or other watersports is not possible.

• Must be 21 years of age or older to reserve and operate vessel.
• If you are born after January 1^st, 1989, the State of Tennessee requires the captain to have a valid boating license.
• Lifejackets provided are Type II in child, youth and adult sizes.  No infant sizes are provided.  Watersports Type III jackets are available for additional rental charge at time of booking or departure.  Availibility is limited and not guaranteed.
• No pets, grills or fishing are permitted on our rentals.
• Glass bottles are prohibited.
• Boat rentals must NOT travel South of the Chickamauga Dam or North of Highway 60.
• Overnight rentals must be docked at a "Private Dock" and not operated from sunset to sunrise.
• Customer is responsible for filling the vessel with gasoline and payment of gasoline upon return.
• Rentals must be returned, fully fueled and vacated by the end time of your rental.  Minimum late charge of $100.00 applies.
• Customer is responsible for any and all damages that occur during the rental to the vessel, engine, interior components or equipment.  Customer is also responsible for a cleaning fee for excessively dirty boats upon return.
• Cancellations and refunds are not accepted without 1/2 price penalty.  This includes bad weather. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheaduled rental recieve a full price penalty.
• Rescheduling is allowed without price penalty.  You may not reschedule to a holiday weekend or more than 3 months in advance.
